EDP Completes R$5.6 Billion Acquisition of EDP Renováveis Brasil

On 28 October 2026, EDP Renewables announced the completion of the sale of 100% of EDP Renováveis Brasil to EDP Brasil. The final transaction price was €990 million, equivalent to approximately R$5.6 billion, with an implied enterprise value of around €1.6 billion.
