Brazil’s Northeast Attracts R$480 Million in Hotel-Residential Development

On 26 October, HSM Desenvolvimento Imobiliário and Tera Hotéis announced a partnership covering six residential projects with hotel services: four in Maragogi, Alagoas, and two at Praia dos Carneiros, Pernambuco. The partnership represents approximately R$480 million in planned investment, with the first openings expected from 2027 and more than 500 units targeted across the portfolio by 2029.
