Vinci Compass Agrees to Acquire AustralRe for R$336 Million

On 21 October, Vinci Compass Investments announced an agreement to acquire 100% of Brazilian reinsurer AustralRe for an estimated R$336 million, approximately US$66.8 million. The transaction will launch Vinci Permanent Capital Solutions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
